Our Policies
Aloha! By purchasing a picnic package/rental with Paradise Picnics, you are agreeing to our Policies, otherwise known as Terms & Conditions of Service. By purchasing a picnic package, you are renting the package and agree to return everything (less food and beverage) in the same condition within the time noted on your booking. Additional rental and service hours are billed at $155/hr, unless the time effects another event, in which case the original client is additionally required to pay the effected client's bill and a 25% fine. This ensures your events and special moments are protected, and other picnics will not take away from your own.
Depending on the agreement and/or location, we set up your package for free, and include food free with the package. We do not in any way ensure against the weather, acts of nature or God, or any other unexpected events, and so your own personal insurance is required. We will, of course, do everything we can to ensure a beautiful, unforgettable and joyous rental, and will relocate based on weather when necessary. We have a strict no refund policy to ensure that accurate quotes and the lowest pricing can be offered to everyone. Often we may need to book flights to set up the events, and begin planning and working months or weeks in advance- another reason we have this policy.
Once the rental is delivered, you take full responsibility for the care of the items until returned. Often we will provide a scout to ensure your picnic is secure. In some cases, we may require a safety deposit that is fully refunded upon the safe return of your rental. Any losses are paid for by the clients or the client's required insurance policy. We take several days to prepare each picnic, and have a limit of 20 message per client picnic to keep enough time in the day to create the most beautiful events for you and your loved ones.
