Whether you want to book for the perfect photoshoot, brand meeting or other event where there's no food needed, or you just want to bring your favorite foods with you, this Lauless Luxury Picnic Package is the perfect fit for you! The Lauless Luxury Picnic Package includes a full luxury professionally styled setup, anywhere on the island of Maui. What's Included: White Lace teepee or styled Umbrellas Antique Hawaiian Handwoven Lauhala Mats Fur Rug(s) Plush Throw Luxurious Assorted Pillows Plush Floor Cushions Vintage Baskets Crystals or other Natural Decor Live Edge Wood Rounds Live Greenery Garlands or Dried Herb and Petal Garland Arrangements Local Organic Floral and Greenery Arrangements Twinkly lights and/or lanterns Letterboard with custom message Bluetooth Speaker Vintage Hawaiiana Music (or connect to your own) A team of professionals that will covid-safe sanitize, pack, unpack, transport, deliver, professionally set up, monitor, repack, resanitize, unpack and santize again before storing! You are welcome to add on additional items from our Picnic Rentals page or customize as needed! We also self-print and are also happy to work with you to personalize different souvenirs or products for you, your loved ones, or your teams. If you have a dream, we can make it happen! * We can accommodate you anywhere on island, at $40/transportation hour for more distant or remote locations * We can add additional time to your booking at $25/hr for each required picnic technician on site (usually 1-2)
By booking with us you are agreeing to our terms and conditions, or policies. Please make sure to review our policies again before confirming. Additional guests cash be added to bookings upon approval at $50/per guest (most packages include two guests). All picnic packages include any location in Upcountry Maui. We are able to set up anywhere around the island (or even fly to you!), the travel fee will depend on distance and time. Of course, we could not offer the same price to set up a picnic 20 minutes away as one set up two hours away (gas, time, employee cost, hauling and hauling distance, parking and unloading, etc). To ensure to lowest price and highest quality for our guests, we have a strict no-cancellation policy, but we are flexible when it comes to rescheduling and/or relocating due to weather or other natural unforseen circumstances. Relocations are decided prior to your event. When necessary, we may request a damage deposit to ensure the safety of the rented goods, and the last minute booking fee is 10-20% of the cost of booking.
