Pricing is dependant upon the client's vision and guest needs. Anything is possible! Included is the base price for a group picnic.
Cancellation Policy
By booking with us you are agreeing to our terms/conditions, or policies. Additional guests cash be added upon approval at $85/per guest. Packages include locations in Upcountry Maui. We can set up anywhere around the island (or even fly to you!) the travel fee will depend on distance+time. Of course, we could not offer the same price to set up 20 minutes away as one set up 2 hrs away (gas, time, employee cost, hauling+distance, parking+unloading, etc). Last minute booking fees are 25-200% booked 10-1 day prior. To ensure to lowest price & highest quality, we have a strict no-cancellation policy, but are flexible for rescheduling/relocating due to weather or other natural unforseen circumstances. Relocations are decided prior to your event. We may request a damage deposit to ensure the safety of the rented goods. All cancellations incur a $250 planning/consultation office fee to cover employees time and lost bookings, and $125/hr for all messages & emails billed @15 min minimum per message.
